JOOL congratulates Gefion Group on its successful track record from 2017 with a total of eight redemptions of 160 MEUR

Since 2017, our corporate financing business has advised and raised approx. EUR 160 million for Gefion Group, helping them develop residential properties, retail and office units.

Our transaction history with Gefion spans multiple projects, beginning with the Tobaksvejen project in 2017. For the last six years, we have worked closely with Gefion, ensuring customized financing for each project.  

All transactions are repaid, and we look forward to participating in future developments.
