Full house at JOOLs DCM Conference in Zurich!

As Nordic bond issuance continues to accelerate, the region’s real estate market attracted more investor cash in 2019 than ever before. Reflecting increasing foreign demand for Nordic high yield debt, JOOL kicked off the first of two Swiss lunch conferences on Wednesday February 5th. The event, held at the Baur au Lac Hotel in Zurich, included seminars from multiple Nordic real estate bond issuers and attracted significant interest from a range of investors and asset managers.
